Is anyone from berryleaks using a higher OS? Then 10.2.1.200 or 10.2.0.1743


I haven't heard much about new OS leaks in a while. I am kinda hoping the next leak is a 10.2.1.xxx because it'll bring something new. Hopefully Panorama and Card Holder make a debut soon. There needs to be something new to tak about :P Hopefully BlackBerry has a trick up their sleeves for the Z30 launch!!



What 10.2 or 10.2.1 do you guys think is up next?? I'm getting kind of anxious

I just hope they keep coming as there is so much negativity and adverse speculation on here now. I believe in BB and I'm addicted to the leaks so I hope never stop no matter what BB's future turns out to be. Most importantly, I hope the next one is for a Q10-LOL And, it's finally close to being the "one" that is 100% or close to it. Maybe this week--

Fix it. OS versions should be number multiple of 3.

The last one was a all device leak. Why are you complaining? Q10 gets the leaks frequently too. At least it's not the STL100-1 Rofl

I never complain! And. you're right, at least it is not the STL100-1. Still the last one was really a "hybrid" fix for the issues in the one before that--and that build was actually built for a Z10 with an overlay of an older radio to make it work on a Q series. Then 1743 tried to fix those problems, but alas, it certainly has its issues as well. But the one that is around the corner, fixes them and that is the one everyone will want.
BTW, I don't play favorites--Q10/Z10, equal love for both of them.

Hi Tecker Man--yes, still running .1323 as it has been the most stable for me with the least amount of issues--in fact--no issues at all. Sideloaded the latest runtime and it works flawlessly. The newer ones after 1323 had a lot of issues and after many years of downloading leaks and hybrids, the one thing I've learned is to not fix something that isn't broken. 1323 isn't broken. But--I did hear that there is a new leak just around the corner that is in fact near flawless! So patience is a virtue and I'm patient--LOL!

I'm pretty sure the remaining 10.2 leaks/releases will be bug fixes/maintenance updates and new features will arrive in 10.3 (thinking optimistically)

May see small changes however.

I think that 1323 was over looked my many as there were so many leaks coming out at the same time--or at least it seemed like it. It was stable and functioned the way it was supposed to, but there was a push on the runtimes and the STL-100 leaks, and fixing bugs/dark theme, etc, so many of us, installed one after the other. I just happened to stop after seeing how good 1323 is and I'm not sure it isn't the base core for some of the ones that are yet to come. I wouldn't bet there wouldn't be a "full OS" release shortly with all the bug fixes included--wishful thinking--humm--maybe, maybe not

For all of us that have been around a while, the thrill never stops! What's important to keep in mind, is that by the time a carrier releases an Official update (no matter the series) the leakers and hybrid builders are already many, many versions ahead of it. Also, we need to keep it in prespective that BB has these OS's signed off on way before the leak team or independant beta leak releasers ever get them. So for example, if an official 10.2.xxx1 comes out from a carrier, beta leak testers may have already released 10.2.xx10 but BB has in their hands 10.3 in probably 30 different versions. So for me, it's always going to be leaks or hybrids as they are months ahead of carrier releases. Leaks are "official" before the title of "official" is put on them--lol!

Yeah, I was SMH on the complaint comment because I didn't read a complaints in your comment.

@OP. I would not be surprised. If the team is using something higher than what's available to the masses. Personally, I take the leaks when ever they're leaked. I'm not obligated to use it and Berry leaks Team aren't really obligated to leak any OS to us. While I am truly grateful, I've never taken leaks for granted.

10.2.1.xxxx was only a branch and any release, official, will be 10.2.0.xxxx.

And remember 10.2 is already official on the Z30.

Again, there may be cosmetic things baked in like the camera face recognition from the branch, but I do not anticipate anything significant.
