    Hi,
    Trying to get support by BlackBerry on a MMS problem I have since I get the phone (z10 stl100-2).
    I was in official version and now I use a leaked one, but the problem still the same. They asked me what version do I use.

    Should I told them I'm with a leaked one ? Or what version should I tell them I use ? I'm french, I don't know if that's important about the firmware I should have officially.

    The problem is with the leaked os, there on threads on this in the leaked os section. This happens when you do a security whip, and sometimes restore your back up. You may have to start fresh to experience no problems when running a leak.

    Remember this is a leak and it is bound to have problems, it's not wise to call BlackBerry about an issue when running a leaked os.

    But the problem was the same on the official I had before, that's why a tried with a leak.
    But I already know that if I tell them I use a leak, they are going to say that the problem is this leak

    Have you checked your APN settings to make sure it's same as your carriers?

    Yes I tried all the MSCC I found or proxy, bit nothing change.
    Also, I can't view any MCC or MNC fields. Is that normal ? I can just modify APN and URL MSCC

    You're probably using your phone on an untested carrier. That is your cell phone carrier doesn't carry BlackBerry 10 phones so some MMS settings ain't available to you at the moment.
    Here in the states you encounter problems like your when using a BlackBerry 10 phone on carriers like Net10, Simple Mobile and Straight Talk.
    So is your carrier a cheap version of a major carrier like Orange or Vodafone?
