People have been complaining that the speed triage isn't there on the latest 10.3! Tell me what that is!

It lets you quickly file away or delete a message in the hub, but the little icons show up within the message line as shown in the hub (without having to go into the message or press the three-dot overflow menu).

A proven method of how to get triage on 10.3.0.700, is to install 10.3.0.296, then make a backup of 'Settings'. Now install 10.3.0.700, load the missing bars which were posted by Adam, then restore the 'settings' backup from 10.3.0.296. Triage, panorama and Evernote in account settings should all be back.

We don't know if it's out, only 296 had it which is a full os. 700 is dev stripped of many new features. I'm sure they did not remove it, it would be a waste of resources

I got home hub triage directly installing 700 on 10.2.1.3175. I did restore settings of 10.2.1

It's disabled in the dev OS, along with a few other features. They didn't get rid of it.

    Okay good to know

Now, noob question...what exactly distinguishes a "dev" os from what the rest of us have, and why would they strip out features already there? I get why they might not rush to cram everything in, since they are just looking to get something basic into a developers hands, but why go through the trouble of removing something?

A Dev os is stripped so that new features don't leak out but devs can develop. Just a precaution against having ideas stolen. If course doesn't help if other leaks come out.
