    Will post what they do when I call them tomorrow, I doubt they will send me a new phone, besides this screen I bought is exact anyway so no need.

    This is a manufacturer test image. It's for hardware validation before the real os is loaded. You sent it in for warranty work?

    I tried to get blackberry canada tech number today couldn't find it, anybody have it? I had to contact my cell provider to ask them. Have not heard back yet.
