    So when you flag an email for Remember, what happens to it after 30 days (or whatever the retaining period is)? Will flagged emails be kept indefinitely? It doesn't seem like a useful feature if they aren't.

    Since you are on Q10, I assume you have a 10.1 OS version. You can now change the retaining period to "forever" in the advanced settings of your account (I think, POP account are not allowed to though. But no Q10 in hands to confirm, sry).

    It only works for some kinds of accounts is my understanding. I haven't searched for those settings yet. I'm still interested to know what happens to flagged emails though.

    Haven't found the advanced setting on the Q10 yet, to change this Gmail flag setting.
