I was just about to create a new thread, so I'm glad I searched first.

This was my question:
"I asked this question a little while ago, so I know you can't do it now. But will the newest update return custom sound profiles?

Basically, I want to set up my wife's Z10 so that regardless of what profile she uses my phone number will ring. She used to have a 9900, and that supported this option. She typically keeps her phone on silent all day. I only call during the day when it's urgent. I really loved this feature on the older os."

Based on OP's first message, I guess not...

I will edit the page once 10.3.1 is full blown and well known

Custom profiles including LED colour along with some others is in 10.3.1 SDK which can be used as a daily driver. It hasn't been stripped like the past SDKs. It seems to be just as stable as 10.3.0.1054.

You can find it in the leaked/beta OS forum.

It seems like 10.3.1 is bringing back BBOS features!!!

im a music lover and one feature from Legacy i truly miss is when i would go on a folder with mp3's and press menu.
from there i could select ''play now'' or something like that and the folder would play directly in the music player.
since 10.0 ive been waiting for that option to be included.
great post OP and i hope you will scratch off all the new features that 10.3.1 will bring so we can see the improvements.

Apparently there's a lot we humans are prepared to give up in the name of convenience, for example have a look at what photos were possible at the start of 1900 yet for years we were content with 2mp cameras on our phones.

- would like to have the data activity arrows back
- be able to set filters so that e-mails from certain sender(s) and/or with a specific subject is not downloaded to the device

I miss the most the full functionality of Bridge to work with paired PlayBook. Why do not we get an update to be able to continue using our PlayBooks with BB10? As much as with in os7 version.

That's quite unrealistic, isn't it? The device has to download the list first - which is all the emails practically. Then it delete the unwanted emails.

This was never a feature of BBOS. If you want this filter. Set it in webmail to filter to a sub folder. Then don't sync that subfolder. Voila. Never comes to phone.
