Does 10.3 work on 10.2.1 and is it any good compared to the latest 10.2.1 android runtime?

10.2.1.2947 has been rock solid for me. On the previous versions, my android runtime would lock up entirely and the only solution to fix it was to restart the phone. Haven't had to do that yet on this build.

My runtime is the best.
But of course we can only compare the smoothness on games or something that's heavy or rely heavily on graphic card to compare.
Normal banking apps on previous runtime works normal as this runtime.
But the difference I realised is when I run NFS most wanted, subway surf, or photogrid.
No issues at all and even my friends says it's much smoother than their androids..

All runtimes now are "unlocked" but 2947 has the latest for 10.2.1 other then 10.3

there will never be anymore be "locked" runtimes

it was annoying me so i switched back. So i can't report the battery drain or speed (felt faster but it could have been the placebo effect)

i do believe a newer version would be in 2947 anyways because 10.3.0.140 OS was made 2 months ago whereas the 29xx seem to be made in the past month, who knows though.
