    hey guys ?
    what is the bar files and how i can load it on my phone with 10.3.0.700 OS ?
    cuz my .700 install has no icons for pictures, videos or music, clock, and i can't edit any pic!!
    I can access the pictures through the camera !
    i'm using 10.3.0.700 OS already now what i have to do?
    please any help!

    Bar files are similar to exe files in windows pc. You need sachesi tool to install the bar files.
