[CrackBerry Question]

I am very, very electronically challenged (admittedly). When I take a video on my Blackberry Q-10 and send it to my desktop computer, the video comes out fine, but there's no sound (either on the one on the phone or the one sent to my computer). The phone and computer speakers are on and videos people send me to my computer have sound. But not the videos I take on my own Blackberry and send to my computer. Does anyone know why?

Is this a new condition. Does the mic work for other things? Phone calls, speakerphone, voice notes, etc...?

Me too face this problem at fast tube app and inbuilt phone video app. But after I get hard reset. It's going fine
