    it's not legit from BlackBerry. Their name in BlackBerry world is "Research in Motion Limited" That one's from someone very different. Look it up on BlackBerry world.

    Hmmmm they could in theroy own both those names but if not I wonder why they would let something like that slip through seems like it would be a pretty obvious scam no? I'd get my money back for it regardless but it's still odd.
