Simply type in your BBID.

No. That is the point of anti-theft. No one can get your phone going except yourself.

You must have an even older BBID you used when you first set up your Q10.

Can you see your device when you log into BlackBerry Protect on the web?

Log in again online and see if its still there.

I strongly recommend not to restore. Just set things up from scratch.

Cobalt's Google Play Store still works fine.

NFC is Near Field Communication.

i don't know what is the problem ... i am on the latest build 10.3.3.2049 and whatsapp works fine .. at least till june 30 .. for the android version just take the app from whatsapp.com install it then sideload waafixer .... the things that don't work is snap ... but playstore by cobalt works well for my leap no bugs in the 2049 versiion .. i am just curious if there is some new version above that

I'm very happy with 10.3.3. If anything, my phone seems to be running cooler and smoother than it has in a while. I did the OTA update, without a security, to see what would happen, and all went perfectly.

No. If you've installed 10.3.3.x, you can only install 10.3.3.x builds. The one and only exception is if you tried to install 10.3.3.x on a Z10 STL100-1. Then you can install 10.3.2.x because 10.3.3.x was never built to install on the mongrol STL100-1.

Do u think there's a bar from another build that i can install via sachesi to solve this problem?
