    has anyone else came across the issue with taking pictures on snapchat on 10.3.1.938 when the view mode is set to letterbox? I can't seem to take pictures, can only see a blank screen although I can still add captions to the blank screen

    What device and what OS are you on? I'm using a Z30 (STA 100-3) with OS 10.3.1.939 and Snapchat version 5.0.38.2 from Snap. It's the latest version I believe. Everything works fine except for live video chat, everytime I try to use that feature the app crashes. Other then that it works fine. I would try to uninstall and reinstall.

    Ruling the air with my Zed30, 10.3.1, and Big Red! Simply the exception.

    I'm on a Q10 using the same OS as you as the same version of Snapchat. I already tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling multiple times
