I have a Passport running 10.3.3.2137 and have a weird bug that does not go away despite a clean reinstall with Sacheshi

I have a shortcut to use the 'Bell icon' to toggle between 'Normal' and 'silent' on the shortcuts pull down menu

I can toggle between 'normal' to 'silent'

But when I toggle 'silent' to 'normal' the phone doesn't revert to 'normal' but to 'do not disturb'.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Seems to me that you have these three options in pre-setup. Go to settings > notifications. Press the star in the bottom field. Uncheck the modes you do not want.
