On my Z10 every once in awhile I will experience an odd glitch that can only be solved by a restart. It happens when the phone goes to sleep and it's on its side view. Only happens occasionally under weird circumstances with the sleep/wake and turning the phone around.




Anyone else having this issue?

I have had this before too...it seems to be like the phone gets stuck in a landscape view mixed with portrait...its really weird...just restart

Go back into the app, re rotate it and rotate it back, then exit. It appears to happen when you exit while the phone was rotating. I haven't personally had it happen, since I have rotation lock enabled 99% of the time, but a few others have reported this in the forum already.

Mine did that the first time I ever turned it on!!! As well as a few times after that. Since the update it, thankfully, hasn't done it!

Okay glad to hear I'm not the only one. And that hopefully it has been brought to the attention of somebody at bb. I'll try the fix you said banned if it happens again

Happened to me with just the messages. Just restarted phone.

It happened to mine all the time. I opened q case with BlackBerry support. After the update I haven't had the issue anymore.
