I actually thought this would be a little more self explanatory. BlackBerry Express was built by BlackBerry Sweden, 10.3 is going to feature a lot more of their visual presence. BlackBerry Express is an example of some design ideas that will be in 10.3.

The thread makes no sense lol. No offense to OP but really? You can't base a UI look by a couple of icons that may or may not be official.. I think we have better chances forecasting a return of the squircle

I heard from sources that we're not getting a new UI design. Just that the current design will be flattened out. It might have some cues from BlackBerry Express but it's not going to be like that from what I've heard.

Well, to be honest not much really to see there as to how big an impact this might have over the current one, so I guess we will really have to wait and see when 10.3 actually comes out how it will indeed look. This app is just a very short sampler and really in my eyes adds nothing much to the overall look of any new UI.

I just really want the Squircle back...I also want BlackBerry express to use DLNA as well. My Z10 doesn't have Miracast...

Also, I am somewhat ambivalent as to whether they change the OS look or not.

I'm sure it matters to others...but not to me. That's just my opinion.

I'm not saying I won't like the change...I'm just saying that I will like it whether it stays the way it is, or if it goes a bit flatter.
