Okay so we have swipe up to the right to open HUB. Wish there was swipe up to the LEFT to open the next active frame beside the app you are currently using.

I.e. Active frames (specific order) -
    CB10, FB, BLAQ, LINKEDIN

I'm in CB10 app and do the gesture and it will immediately take me to FB. Alternatively when in FB and I do the gesture it moves me to BLAQ.

What do you think Cb peeps?

That would be a pretty useful feature. Could also adapt it a bit so that if you swipe up and left and hold it for a few seconds, it will scroll through the active frames. Letting go will open the current active frame you're viewing...

The problem is going to be that there is already a gesture defined for "swipe up and left".

I didn't know. What gesture is that presently?

And to the other one who replied. Yes that would be a cool option, kinda like a task manager.

If you are in any one of the app panes then swiping up and left takes you to the active frames pane.

I think just swiping up would do that. Doesn't need the extra "To the left" action. Just tried it now, please try it too.

Oh yeah you're right! I saw the "up and to the left" in another thread and have been doing that instead of just "up"! Doh.

I actually saw that thread too and initially thought the same. Lol.

Hopefully BB notices this thread and would think the same.

    Wishful thinking

You can always just exit the app and touch the next active frame

The gesture could be used for something else Hub related.

True but BlackBerrys roots are all about efficiency. One less touch is time saved.

We already have the option for the hub. I think it's actually natural for the user to use this gesture especially BB10 is being marketed as a multitasking OS.

I love this idea. BlackBerry should implement this idea as this will make us even more productive.

This will make multi tasking even more easy.

I was just searching for how to use a feature such as you describe.... that's similar to how it works on PB (though on PB it's just a swipe to the left or the right to go to the next open application).

I wish it would work on Z10.

Hopefully in a future upgrade! Please??
