Did a search on twitter and saw their responses to this person's tweet:

    This is getting ridiculous!

Perhaps all of us should tweet @JohnLegere and @JohnChen at the same time to demand some action?

Good news they are working on Wi-Fi Calling for the Classic....

Q10 is a two year old device... How many of them did T-Mobile even sell?

Not as many as the Z10, which is still a viable product if they release 10.3.x.

    Relax
AFAIK BB is going to force the 10.3.2 update eventually regardless of carrier to enforce the new BB Protect protocol

As someone who made a lot of similar posts and perhaps misunderstood the wording of the California law, TMO may not be required to update any BB10 phone but the Classic. Regardless, BB did make this declaration:

BlackBerry 10.3.2 has started rolling out to our American BlackBerry Classic users on Verizon and T-Mobile networks as well as to AT&T BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10 customers. Don’t worry, the 10.3.2 update will be available in the coming weeks for the rest of the BlackBerry 10 line up in the US and to other carriers around the world.
This was over a month ago.
