I got updated to bb10.2......here I found a issue that call, search and camera hot key gets deactivated after opening photo gallery in full screen mode. And to get those buttons back I need to restart everytime

try security wipe your device or you can reload software using BlackBerry link to solve your issue if hard reboot cant fix it

well I dont have the issue with parental control on, and we haven't heard from him again if really he turn on the parental controll

I wasn't being hostile. And as many of us may have seen in the leak threads the answer to that problem 99% of time was to disable parental controls. I think telling someone to reinstall or wipe is a little more hostile than trying the non destructive approach and checking parental controls. Just my 2 cents. I know Usman always tries to help but he is not always correct.

yeah my bad too,but the problem is happen when he open picture in full screen and then the icon dissappear so I think not the parental control problem

Well we haven't heard from him, so either he wiped and forgot to reinstall the IS, or he disabled the parental controls and a random bug from an "18+" application destroyed his phone, or he fixed his problem.
