upgraded my Q10 to 10.3.1 about 2 months ago because I was sick of waiting for ATT to release it. Not only are my email and text notifications extremely quiet (not even close to the volume I set the notifications to), but my phone refuses to play any ringtone whatsoever when someone calls. I've tried changing it multiple times, even testing the mp3 file by using it as a different notification, but the phone still refuses to play any sound when someone calls.

Has anyone had any success fixing this?
