Still facing problems with this. HELP! Someone?
Guys I'm talking about this. You see the media volume thing right there? One long press won't increase it I have to continously press It like an ***** when I want it to be max. And a kind of lag is there. I had this problem in the dam leak also and I have never ever faced this problem on 10.2.1.

if you press and hold it moves all the way up and down. What OS are you on? Maybe you need to change the OS. I'm on 10.3.1.2744 and it works just fine

It's the same for me since I updated to 10.2.x. I'm on official update now, still the same haha.

    I'm on .1784
Jayd the OS software version doesn't matter I have this problem ever since I got 10.3 regardless of what software version it is. When I press and hold it just increases one bar and stays there. I have to press it again and again and again.

Well when I was on the genuine official version 10.2.1.3062 it never EVER happened to me. If you downgraded maybe that could be the reason.

I've never downgraded. From the first 10.2 release up to now, I've only upgraded and this issue was there in all of the releases. But some people seem to have gotten rid of it on certain releases. I'm one of the unlucky ones haha.

I am guessing that media shortcuts are turned on. Long hold volume key will change track, instead of raise volume

Oh man why does everyone talk about the media shortcuts? It doesn't make a difference. It only makes a difference when you have music playing. I don't even care about the skip thing. I just don't want this thing to happen when I'm not playing any music. One long press doesn't increase the volume to the max.

It's a bug on 10.3.1 that BlackBerry decided wasn't worth fixing until 10.3.2 , I have it and it's really annoying to hear the stutter and have to press 70 times to just move it up a few blocks because it doesn't respond
