    So after this last update, my vm to txt isn't working. I used to get all my vm converted to txt and an .amr file to play the vm. I never had to call my Vm box.

    Now, I get this stupid download now button on a txt but all it does is say in queue and nothing happens and there is no translation to txt to boot, useless.

    Anyone have this.. And know how to fix it. Called rogers support and useless as usual.

    so you're saying the app itself has changed? It has to be a Roger's thing...........

    Try performing a hard reset by holding down both the volume up and volume down keys for ten seconds or so until the phone restarts. Also make sure that your data services are turned on under Settings > Networks and Connections > Mobile Network. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Rogers to have your voicemail reset or your line "reset" (ask them to perform a resend to switch).

    Mine works fine with Rogers. Must need a reset on device and with Rogers. Good luck.
