After a number of unsatisfactory tweets from the UK "help" team, I have decided to tweet them everyday, twice a day to ask about when they will release the new OS.

They are behind all the other major UK carriers and 8 of their other countries. I'm sick and tired of the iPhone monopoly that is being created by companies like Sky and Vodafone who treat non-iPhone customers like second class citizens. If this was an IOS update it would have been released on the launch day, but two weeks on and I was told yesterday that they have no news on when the new BlackBerry update will be released.

So the question is, brothers and sisters, who's with me?

You could voice your opinion here I guess. I think you can grab it from any other carrier, as ota update tend to break things.
