Reply I have got from Vodafone Netherlands" it appears there is a delay in this case. Our technical department is investigating this and you will be notified when the update is available. We expect this to be very soon"

Vodafone support for BlackBerry 10 has been very good since launch date last year in the UK.

Alas, we've got to wait this time around...

Vodafone Ireland neither... but I have to contrast with the V-UK subscriber who said he's had good support from them re: his BlackBerry.

V-IRL hasn't stepped up to the mark.

Apparently also they will not be supporting BlackBerry 10 on their new 4G network as it evidently requires different settings for it to work on phones from that line.

Disappointing.

Vodafone UK are also saying they have not had any new updates to roll out for BlackBerry. So not sure when us UK Vodafone customers will see an update

I've got 4G from Vodafone UK working fine on my Z10, running 10.2.1 leak, 4G is great.

Well Vodafone Netherlands is not offering any BlackBerry 10 device Anymore, only BlackBerry they offer now is a BBOS on prepay plan. Looks like Vodafone Netherlands is moving away from BlackBerry 10.

The idea of VOD not being happy With the radio component of the update doesn't make a great deal of sense to me. If that's the case, why would it be released to other Vodafone companies in the group serving different regions than the UK? Some of these use the same 3g specification, I believe. NL, definitely, CZ perhaps, and Qatar maybe. Someone tell me if I err.

I am in uk with vodafone and after waiting for few days and having no luck, i simply put an O2 uk pay as you go sim in my unlocked Z30 and within a minute got prompt for new update. done it and been using it again with my vodafone uk sim and everything is fine, 4G works and reception is fine, so i guess this whole radio not compatible is rubbish. the only thing i have noticed is that when the phone boots, it quick and goes to 100% in just about a minute but then have to wait almost 2-3 minutes till it comes to sim lock interface, i guess its because the sim is provising and because it was updated with O2 sim it takes a little while but then i hardly switch off or restart my phone.

I'm on UK Vodafone but have installed the 1925 leak. The phone is great but the battery is bad at work where the reception is not too good. The battery was good before the leak so I think it's the 1899 radio. Hope that is what Vodafone is looking at.

I went on the Vodafone Website and requested a network unlock code, they then email you the code and instructions takes around 3 days
