    Try a 32 second reboot and make sure you’ve got a healthy LTE signal afterwards

    Ok I did a hard reset where u hold down the volume up and down key but it's still not working

    Had to call att and they reset some it works fine now

    I had similar issues with my Classic after I switched.

    I needed to call AT&T as well.

    Apparently swapping SIM cards from one phone to another is not enough in case of BB10, at least on the AT&T network. There is something else that needs to be switched from AT&T.
