    I'm having issues with visual voice mail on my Z10.

    It was unable to download one message earlier and I had to dial in to listen to it.

    Last week it downloaded two messages which I listened to and deleted, but after listening to the one today that didn't download I learned that the two messages I deleted with VVM were still saved on the mailbox.

    Bell tech support wasn't very helpful.

    Any thoughts?

    Getting an error again saying "You have new Visual Voice Mail messages that can't be downloaded. To listen to your messages, call your voice mail". After calling my voice mail, it says I have no messages.
