Hey guys I think it's time for us to advise the BlackBerry OS development team that we need visual voice mail on the next OS update, I mean come on its 2013, nobody wants to dial into a voice mail box to retrieve messages its time for emailed messages

There is visual voice mail. It's up to your carrier to offer/provision it.
I have visual voicemail in my phone app with tmobile. It's built in. It just depends on your carrier.
Yup... I have VVM. I love it! It's up to your carrier to offer the service

Give your head a shake; not BlackBerry's fault at all. Check with your carrier as some carriers offer VVM for a monthly fee.
