Why is it on my playbook I have a video chat icon and it shows me several of my contacts that I can video chat with. I know it is because I have their email address saved as part of their contact information and they use that email address as their BlackBerry ID. But on my Z10 when I go into contacts and view Bbm video contacts the same people don't show up? Does the Z10 not search my contacts emails and recognize them as BlackBerry ID'S like the playbook?

I know that PB Video Chat and BBM video chat are compatible - I have made calls from one to the other. You may need to add contacts manually to the Z10 but I can't say for sure as I haven't even looked into this.

I have the same contacts in my Z10 as my playbook. It actually shows me facebook contacts that I can video chat with on my playbook but the same contact does not show up as a video chat contact on my Z10
