My z10 vibrator stucks when vibrated and also starts vibrator (not that intensely) when phone is shaked. It doesn't stop until I tap on phone 2-3 times.
Is the vibrator faulty? Can it be repaired??

Nopes. Its a defect. It vibrates less intesly when shaked. It also vibrates when its off if phone moves.
Is the vibrator repairable?

Have you tried to dismantle the phone and check for bad connections or if the vibrator is badly seated?
Please do that only if you know what you are doing and only if your phone is out of warranty.
