    When I get an e-mail it doesn't vibrate nor do I hear a sound of incoming emails...

    Anybody got a similar problem?

    Works fine on my Q running 10.2.1.1055...you have to enable "Vibrate" from Notifications in TWO places...both in the general notifications settings under "mode", and then below that in the "applications" section under "email messages" for the particular email account you want to vibrate. In other words, you're enabling vibrate generally, and then specifying which particular app you want to vibrate.

    Edited to add: the same goes for sounds - make sure "Sound" is toggled on under the general notifications tab, and then again under "applications>email messages" make sure "sound is toggled "on" and set your alert tone.

    You want the SQN-100-x file. The Q10 and the Q5 use the same OS.
