Loving my new z10 but was curious about the following?

1. Where do I find the visual voice mail?
2. Does Verizon charge for vvm on the z10?

I am coming from an iphone 5 and it's the only thing I'm missing at the moment

Open the phone app and swipe down from the top and select settings. Select voicemail. Select visual voicemail. I believe the fee for this is $5 a month.

not sure about verizon but on ATT the visual voicmail is free with every phone, in fact my data plan says "blackberry personal LTE unlimited with visual voicemail", there is no option for data for blackberry without VVM. it is part of the data plan. I remember many years ago VVM was a paid feature but no longer.
