Why would the conversation be unnecessary? Is this update not really 10.2.1.xxxx? I am on a leak (10.2.0.1791) that was higher than what verizon had out at the time... What's going on here?

Same here. I'm running the leak so until I know it's better I will leave it alone. The last time I loaded a carrier released os my phone crashed and ran really hot for a week. I had to wipe and start from scratch. Thanks but no thanks Verizon.

I got it too. It is OS10.2.1.2151. Verizon says to go to https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=9UxXo5EG for an explanation of the benefits of the upgrade. DOWNLOADING NOW through my LINKS connection. At 20% on the download.
