    so i downloaded all the bar files for 10.2.1 so my question is

    1> Can i install all bars at once
    2> do i need to turn of the device and install via sachesi (if the device is on should developer mode be enabled)
    3>i have latest version of apps(facebook compas,etc) in 10.2.0 so if i update will my latest apps will be replaced by old 10.2.1 apps???

    1) yes
    2) leave device on. Developer mode is your choice.
    3) yes. I just overwrite and update again afterwards instead of pulling the bars out.

    Did you download bar files with Sachesi? If so, should be a 10.2.1.1925 folder
    in same directory you ran Sachesi from. I plugged into USB, chose install,
    selected folder with all bar files. Autoloader wipes phone, Sachesi does not.
