I have been in the forums trying to help everyone out with this but I have seen the same questions because people are too lazy to read. All the questions has been answered but the same ones keeps coming so let's make this a shot thread read first and if you don't see the answer then go ahead and ask.

You have to be aware of a few things:

1. The first time that restart it will take some time to load don't worry is a normal process. Some have taken the battery out or have done hard reset, I don't know if this helps but it will help you with your desperation.

2. The only combination to Z10STL100-1 that I have heard of is UK(314) Vodafone(14) (I have the location and carrier right but someone confirm the codes I'm not able to do so right now)

3. In the leaks they release the same radio file for devices Z10STL100-2-3-4 and the Q10. So search in Wikipedia if you want to try an different combination as have been doing a few Verizon users(it should work but check for the radio files 2G/3G/4G and LTE. Try to do the best one for you as you are going to change the radio files and the signal my be weak in your area.
