    I have a Q10 I just got and it's on 10.1 so when ever I try to update it to the latest BB10 OS it say it's up to date.. never had this issue with any other BlackBerry 10 phone I've had before, Any ideas?

    Connect it to BlackBerry Link and see if it finds a later OS, or just skip all that nonsense and download one of the later autoloaders and run it. Sounds like it might be from a carrier who stopped updating.

    I work at AT&T and it's one of there devices and I've checked to see if they r still supporting the update. I haven't found anything in our system saying that they don't. Maybe they stopped and didn't post anything about it. But I guess BB link is the way to go at this point.

    You probably want to double check whether your Q10 model is the one that was actually sold by AT&T; if not you may need to get a SIM corresponding to a carrier that sold that particular model, or go the autoloader route.

    I know it's an AT&T device I sold it to myself lol but I'll update if BB link works or not.

    Update it worked!! Wish I could have just done it OTA but hey what can u do. But would this mean AT&T is no longer offering the update or could it have been my device with the issue??
