    Hey welcome to CB!

If you want to go back to official 10.1 (install an autoloader version that is lower than the version your carrier is at) Once you complete this, the device would detect update available.

If not just install a leak 10.1 that you would like. (i'm on .4687 for a while now and had no issues). Search around the forums for more info on the various versions and user feedback.

Download blackberry link. Just Google it and download the right version for yourself (pc or apple) install on your computer, open and connect device and go to settings top right side. Scroll down till you see reload software.

BlackBerry Link is a desktop program for your computer that you have to install to get computer access with your BB10 device. Once you install, connect your device and after you sign in with your BlackBerry id on BlackBerry Link, they have an option to reload device software. After it's done you should be back to the official carrier version of 10.1

The reasons the original poster has for wanting to downgrade don't really matter.

Luca (I'm assuming that's your name from your chosen nickname)
You can download BB Link here: BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US
Install it and read the instructions. When your BB is connected you'll be able to chose to reload software. That will get your carrier software back.
In the future you might want to either avoid the leaks, or read the BerryLeaks wiki page that has a lot of extra information, frequently asked questions etc. Do your homework before loading a leak, it could potentially save you a lot of trouble. Imagine if you hadn't been able to go back, you surely would have wanted to be aware of that before you made the decision to load a leak, right? Anyhow, good luck with the downgrade and enjoy your BB

Look in the BlackBerry Link Help and read up on how to do a factory reset of your device.

easiest way to do it... go to:
    1. blackberry.com/update
    2. power down BB by pressing power button.
    3. In the webpage click update via web browser.
    4. connect phone and click the ok button as soon as it is available.
*It will search for the carriers' official OS and it will download it. hope it works for you as it worked for me!

It was a bit slow on mine and the fact I had reload everything ( side loaded apps) was annoying and then there were two twitter accounts in hub? Like I don't understand how?

You need to download Desktop Link for your PC or MAC from BlackBerry.com
There is an option in that software to factory-reset your phone to the standard release currently available from your Carrier.
This is probably the best way to go for you. (It takes about 30 minutes so you can read the rest of CrackBerry.com while you wait...)

Hehe the only sad part about this is that whence you revert back to your older official os, you will have to side load your apps again anyway.
