Just downloaded and installed without issue. Just rebooting now. On Passport in Newfoundland. That's what I'm wondering.
Maybe people who have a complete 2876 install can download the fix, but those who have previously downgraded the ART to 2813 are getting the error?

No. I was able to get the update from BBW, and I had OS 2876 with ART downgraded to 2813.

This is the answer I got from BlackberryHelp - seems if you have too powerful a connection eother on wifi or mobile it does not download ( We all believe you.....NOT!)

I'm not sure if there is more to the conversation you had with BlackBerry help but it looks as thought they just told you that you can receive this error message in areas with good coverage also (despite the error message saying you don't have good coverage).

It sounds like they are just acknowledging that there is an issue and that they are still trying to figure out why. The error only occurring if you have too powerful of a signal makes absolutely no sense.

They've always been bad for releasing broken software but they usually get better over time ... but just recently, the releases of BB 10 have been getting worse and still going downhill.

Too much attention for the Privvy and none left for BB 10 methinks.

It's surprise there is no BlackBerry Android Runtime visible in my BB WORLD. Trying continuously since last 3 days. It's not showing in listing itself. How to download and install it. I am having 10.3.2.2876 on z30 and based in India.
Has anyone from India been able to install this update?

It's not going to show up in BBW the normal way. That's why you have to use the url link to get to it.

Same here in Hong Kong, "network error" message. Is it carrier-dependent?
