    Sure you can. Version on BBW is newer, so it will update.

    None the "tricks" have worked for me either. Got the "network error" on the first day this was released, and still getting it as of this post. Tried rebooting, tried resetting BBW, tried re-registering with BlackBerry... nothing.

    And to those the simply keep reposting the BBW link, please stop. We got that. It's the download from that page that keeps error-ing out.

    that not what I meant to say. I had the OS previous to 2836 and when I loaded the runtime updated my android apps stopped working. the situation only corrected itself once I loaded 2836 using sachesi.

    No wonder BB is in trouble. They can't do anything right. Simple thing as being able download 2 measly files... keep getting network error. Why tell the world there is an update when you are not going to let them download them.

    Just downloaded and installed without issue. Just rebooting now. On Passport in Newfoundland. Go into the BB Browser and then settings/developer settings/ turn off request desktop version. then click on the link in this posting Android Runtime update for BlackBerry 10 now available | CrackBerry.com and done.

    That's fine, but those of us that haven't been able to get it, still can't get it. Regardless of the tricks - and I've tried them all. And as I already mentioned before, reposting the link doesn't change anything - we got that... we're already there. it's clicking that download button that then causes the error.

    I'm on a Z10 on AT&T.
