when i turn off and turn on my z10 mobile all the data in the phone memory is being erased and the data which i deleted earlier is getting back , i am facing a lot of problem with this issue , this problem raised since i updated my mobile to 10.3 version , kindly please hep me clear this issue

os version is 10.3.2.858
Downloader a better OS. The version is pretty old.
