Updated to 10.3.0 but still being asked to update to same

Last month I updated to 10.3.0 but still iam being asked to update to the same OS after I deleted Box and Dropbox. The size is still 1.3 GB. I have been ignoring the prompt but my question is, how will I get the 10.3.1? Because the prompt for the previous OS is still hanging there even after rebooting several times

Deletion of core apps usually prompts an "update" to reinstall them. So the "10.3.0" update isn't an update at all.

I'd allow that to happen and then proceed with getting 10.3.1.

some of the "core" apps are also related to carrier apps that they move into your device with updates, deleting these will force you to update and put them back on the device.
