Update software via mobile network

Hi I want to update my BlackBerry Passport but it says I can't because it says it's too large for my network. Doesn't make any sense since I have like 20 GB of LTE data available??? How can I download it anyway?? I can't even use hotspot from another device because freaking cricket won't give the hotspot option for BlackBerry

U have to check phone storage not LTE data. Delete some files and it will work.

O sorry I didn't see that you meant too large for mobile network. Find a public WiFi Hotspot and download it.
