    I have 10.3.2.556 on my Z10. BlackBerry is offering me to upgrade my phone to 10.3.2.2474. I thought the numbers got bigger so what is happening? Also I'm told by BlackBerry that I need to free up an additional 550 MB to receive this 1.4 gig update. But my phone says I have used only 12.6 of 16 gigs of memory. What gives?

    2474 is larger than 556. Try a reboot then see if it will let you upgrade. Otherwise, use a PC and blitz method.

    You can Blitz with a Mac using Sachesi if you don't use a PC.

     Z10 STL 100-3 with vitamin (SR) 10.3.2.2836 (OS version 10.3.2.2876) on AT&T
