    That's 4mb. It's to install apps you have un installed, such as Foursquare

    Like tdaye says, it's just Rogers and their bloatware. The whole update explination of OS improvements has NOTHING to do with this update.

    Go ahead and test it. download the update, find your foursquare app and delete it. Tomorrow you'll have the update again. there's another app paired with it that's 3 megs. Same thing happens when you delete it.
    like that old song goes........The app came back, the very next day, the app came back, they thought it was a gone'r, but the app came back......it just wouldn't stay awaaaay.
