So I had this problem since not too long ago. I've restarted, the whole drill. But I only noticed this problem when people told me to turn off location services to get rid of the sensor bug.

I'm able the only person who still has the sensor bug and realized that my location services is never fully turning off.






Any help or suggestions?

Read the top part of the location services page; it's very obvious why it always runs regardless of your setting. However, when turned off none of your apps have access to location settings.

I'm wondering if this is related to the sensor issue some were having due to a corrupt server. Could location services and our phones orientation be linked?
