Unable to WIPE phone... HELP
I just bought a passport.
The guy had not wiped it. Told me it was a company issued phone. He gave me his blackberry I password.
I went to do the wipe. It asked for the Blackberry User ID password linked to the account. I entered it, it asked me to confirm it a 2nd time, which is normal before a wipe, you have to enter it twice.... the 2nd time I enter it... it wont let me progress. In fact no buttons work as soon as I enter the password, "cancel" and "submit" stop working. I can't progress past that screen and have to shut the phone down.
I have tried everything.... what is going on?
