    I have the ATT PP. When I go to Settings > Software Updates > Check for Updates, it gives me an error saying "Unable to connect to the update server. Please check your network connection settings or try again later". This is day 3 this is happening.

    Please check my WHAT network connection settings? Everything is working as far as I know. I tried at home and work, my phone works fine over Wi-Fi and over the ATT network. I am not sure what the problem is.

    Also, how/where do I check to see what the latest software update version for BB PP is without having to "Check for updates" on my phone?

    what update are you looking for? If they haven't pushed one, you aren't going to see anything there. Check settings/about phone and see what version you have
