Deleting Android FB (apk installation) worked for me.

I had downloaded the SNAP app and had installed some Android apps including the app for OUTLOOK. Once I deleted the OUTLOOK app my accounts settings came back. I tried couple of time installing it again and as soon as I installed it , i was facing the same issue. Now i have deleted the OUTLOOK android app and it is working great since last 20 hours.

Thanks, I had the Outlook app also. Maybe that was the source of the problem.

If you look closely, under the android settings, you will find that all these apps create their own accounts. Looks like it interfaces with the bb10 accounts.
