Had the same thing. Close that screen. Turn off your wifi. Make sure your mobile service is "on". Then go back to Account settings.

    That should do it.

One more thing... Have you run the Link restore process after installing 1055? If not, do that first. After restoring, then you'll need to go into Account settings to reenter your account passwords, again with wifi off.

Tried what you advised, but no result. And no, I haven't restored

Seriously, I had the same issue. Run the restore. Your accounts will come back, and then you will need to turn off wifi in order to re-enter your passwords.

I have read in other threads that restoring your accounts through Link breaks a lot of features in this leak. I didn't attempt it, just added all my accounts back manually

In my case, the restore process worked smoothly & perfectly. But for some anomalous reason, the password reset could only be done with wifi "off" and cellular service "on".

Go to your hub, click the tree dots on the right for more, settings and add account. It should work from there.

I had to wipe my phone yesterday to overcome this issue. Surprisingly after the wipe, I let system to settle down and installed my apps and then I tried the music player and it works!! No need to sideload the older version!!

But then I got this bug of account settings again, followed your advice and voila!! It worked! thanks

Pipe down people, dont need to wipe, just uninstall any apk that uses facebook credential.

Then setup all your accounts before reinstall all those apk that use FB credential.

If you need to setup any additional email accounts, do it from the message hub, settings add new account.

    Hope this helps.

I had the same issue only in regards to the Native FB account. I've done the clean install, deleted Twitter (someone suggested that), as well as the .apk for FB. I've manually set up emails, but can't get the Native FB to go past Accounts. Though the .apk FB has more features, I do like the notifications pop up using Native. Any ideas?

PS: Anyone else run into issues where some .apk apps that look for photos (i.e. Photo Grid, Instagram, etc) cannot see photos on the SD card in a preview? I see the folder, the items in the folder, and black squares. If I choose a square, it will pull up a photo, but obviously makes it a hit or miss if you can't see a preview.

    Thanks everyone

I've got the same issue here. I found that I could get at the photos in the phone's internal memory. So I transferred the photos I needed to use in the app from the SD card to device memory using the file manager.

A hassle but one of the problems with using a leak. I'm sure by the time it is released officially, access to the SD card will be fixed.

I had to remove Google maps and amzonmp3. Delete each android app one by one, then see if it works every time u unistall one to see which is the culprit.

I hope all you guys did the backup via BB Link before running the 1055 upgrade. I did and got the same "unable to load accounts" issue. But, as soon as I ran the BB Link restore process, boom, my accounts came back and then all I had to do was re-enter the passwords.

Since then it has worked fine for me.

Yeah I may have to back it down to 10.2.0 as much as it pains me. 10.2.1 will be awesome but I have done something to make mine unstable.

Thought the same and went for it actually but gave 10.2.1 a second chance and it worked

Had the same problem but I reloaded the leak and this time I didn't install any android apps from 1 mobile or even download the 1 mobile app store and now it's more stable than 10.2.0.xxxx. Problem solved. Viber plays havok with the OS as well.
