Just updated my Z10 to .2072. The first batch of apps I installed and working fine. Everything I'm trying to install since downloads then says unable to install app and quits. This happens with apps from both BBW and Play Store. I've done multiple reboots and a few hard reboots but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have a solution?

I'm having a similar issue, I had Snap loaded but it would not operate properly. I could see the apps, but there were no icons or pics of any kind. If I selected an app or went to updates it would crash and no reboot or reset fixed anything.
The dev will send a fix or we wait for v.3

If you load an app from an app store you have to update THAT app from the SAME App store...
For example a Snap app will not update from the Amazon app store.

Restart will solve this.

I've had the same issue for over two months now. A restart will not fix the issue. I've tried re-downloading one specific app and all it does is say 'unable to install app' while other SNAP apps work. Other Amazon and Play Store apps works as well.

I've deleted the saved apks thinking that might affect the app, but no luck. Still waiting.

My fix to the issue was running the autoloader for .2072 again and starting over since it was already pretty fresh.
