Hi,
I recently upgraded from a Z10 to a Passport. I managed to transfer all my data/media using BlackBerry Link. Last year I purchased some movies from BlackBerry World, although they appeared in my video library, they wouldn't play. I went to the 'My Video' section of My World in BBW to re-download the movies, but only 3 of the 4 movies downloaded; when I try to download the remaining movie the "download starting" pop up appears, then a few seconds later the following pop up appears: "poll for downloads returned null" & the little timer circle just keeps spinning round.
Does anyone know how to fix this please?
