Unable to connect to the Blackberry ID server (50504)
What is the (50504) error message for "Sign In Unsuccessful"? I have seen many (50501) error messages on the web, but I don't understand the 50504 error.
Last night, I used "Security Wipe" on my Q10 because I had some Android Runtime errors on one of the apps I downloaded from 1 mobile market. After successfully wiped the device and started up, I tried to sign in my BlackBerry ID then I get the Sign In Unsuccessful - Unable to connect to the BlackBerry ID server. Please try again. (50504) error message.
Is this the BlackBerry Server problem? I can successfully login to "BlackBerry Protect" from https://protect.blackberry.com/
So I'm sure I'm not inputting the wrong BlackBerry ID Username and Password. Since last night, I have used Security Wiped for 5 times because that seems the only solution but so far unsuccessful. This is frustrating. Please help!!
After the Security Wipe, I tried;
Update to the latest software. Register through the network.
Use 4G and 3G to connect.
Use home WiFi to connect.
I even tried to create the new BlackBerry ID but I still get the same error message 50504.
